Boatyard Vodka uses Irish wheat carefully picked from Ireland's best farmers. The seed-to-sip philosophy at Boatyard Distillery means they can track the wheat used in each bottle back to the farmer who grew it and even the field where it was grown. This method creates a distinct and complex flavour in this small batch Irish vodka. 

Tasting note: Creamy smooth character with notes of black pepper, orange zest, and vanilla sweetness on the finish.
