45ml Bowsaw Small Batch Rye
25ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
25ml Monin Sugar Syrup
15ml Churchills LBV Port
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Hawthorn Strainer

Calories: Approximately 185 Per Serving

step 1 Add all ingredients to the shaker except Soda Water
step 2 Dry shake firmly (shake with no ice)
step 3 Fill the shaker with ice
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Fill glass with ice
step 6 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 7 Top up with Soda Water
step 8 Add lemon wedge garnish and serve
