That Boutiquey Shortcross Gin

Shortcross' David Armstrong and The Boutique-y Gin Company's David T Smith foraging for blackberries and damsons on the Rademan Estate, home of Shortcross Gin, are depicted on the label of this individually distilled gin. The fruity additions to the traditional recipe give the dish a distinct Northern Irish flavour.

Tasting Note:
Oily juniper as it opens. White pepper and cinnamon, balanced by rounded sweetness of damson jam.
