Rademon Estate, a Northern Irish artisanal gin distillery, has released the inaugural edition of the Shortcross Gin Bartender Series. This expression is a partnership between head distiller David Boyd-Armstrong and Alan Glynn of 37 Dawson Street in Dublin, who won the brand's Shortcross Signature Serve competition.
Tasting note: Bright citrus, acidic berry, and sweet vanilla dominate, with a faint floral aspect in the background.
