Sheep Dip Blended Malt Islay Whisky is a smoky and rich expression that perfectly captures the essence of Islay's whisky-making tradition. The whisky is aged for up to 16 years and is crafted by blending malts from the island's finest distilleries. On the nose, the whisky exhibits aromas of peat smoke, brine, and sea salt. On the palate, the flavours of savoury peat smoke, charred oak, and roasted nuts are prominent, with a long, warm, and slightly sweet finish. Sheep Dip is produced by Spencerfield Spirit Co., a family-owned distillery located in the heart of Scotland.
