Conor McGregor, the MMA fighter, has joined the world of whiskey production with Proper No. Twelve, a distilled Irish whiskey made with the assistance of a former Bushmills distillery manager. The team made nearly 100 blends using malt and grain whiskeys from bourbon barrels before settling on the one in the bottle. Proper No. Twelve is named after Dublin 12, the neighbourhood where McGregor grew up.
