Ninth Wave Gin

The Ninth Wave is a massive wave that divides Earth from the 'Otherworld,' an ethereal utopia off the coast of Ireland. So, with its Ninth Wave Gin, the Hinch Distillery chose to name a gin after it! The gin is a delicious blend of herbal spice and citrus, served in a fitting wavy bottle, with nine botanicals like lemon verbena, cardamom, and orange peel. 

Tasting note: Fragrant lemon curd, woody cinnamon and peppery juniper, with waxy citrus and a wave of cardamom on the finish.
