Joseph Cartron Vanilla Liqueur

Joseph Cartron in France produces a creamy Vanilla Liqueur made with Madagascan vanilla beans. This would be a perfect companion to a sweet pudding, with distinct, mellow aromas of fresh vanilla and caramelised sugar. 

Tasting note: The nose is very accessible, with traces of vanilla-infused crème pâtissière. Aromatic softness is excellent. The mouth is suave and round, with an oily texture. The finish is light and airy, with a hint of brioche. There is no heaviness at the finish.
