In Indonesian, pisang means "banana." Pisang Liqueur is made by Joseph Cartron using a secret blend of Indonesian green banana infusion and green banana fragrance. The Indonesian variety is known for its rich and incomparable flavour due to its very white flesh. The fruit exotism and taste in this unctuous liqueur are perfectly captured by Joseph Cartron's recipe, which is top of the list for its exceptional remanence and fantastic emerald-green colour.
